The Railway Hotel's main purpose is to be an open house for the constantly evolving Southend music & arts scene. A beautifully designed late Victorian tavern, the pub was given a new lease of life in 2007 and now plays host to a myriad live bands, comedy acts, screenings, installations et al.

We offer an extensive vegetarian/vegan menu and it's a great place for like-minded souls to come together for a good old knees-up!
It's a bit like CBGB's crossed with Mallory Towers.
